Introduction

A caller submits request(job_type, input, constraints, callback). The chain stores the request, assigned nodes fulfill it off-chain, and a program verifies the result before a callback.

The chain does not fetch URLs, run models, or store node websites.

A pending VRF request can be cancelled, expired, or fulfilled. Fulfillment checks a proof, an active node, the configured stake, and a fresh heartbeat. It can invoke a callback with no accounts. It does not move a fee or run a weighted draw.
