Rust integration

Depend on nuvex-sdk when you need PDA helpers in an off-chain Rust process. On-chain programs should depend on nuvex-common for seeds, not on the SDK.

prove_vrf builds the alpha and returns a proof. submit_request still returns SdkError::NotImplemented because this client does not send transactions.
