Slashing

slash moves lamports from a node to slash_destination. The signer must be slash_authority. Both are set by configure_stake. If either is the default pubkey, slash is disabled.

The amount is an argument and cannot exceed the locked stake. Slash works while the node is Active or Unstaking, including during the cooldown. It sets reputation to zero. If the stake reaches zero, the node returns to Registered. There is no automatic percentage and no evidence instruction. A failed VRF proof is rejected; it does not slash.
